Myofascial release self-treatment uses special foam rollers to release deep tension and make your whole body feel better! You will learn how common aches and pains are often related to connective tissue dehydration and through gentle foam rolling can rehydrate this essential system for vibrant health, stress reduction, and pain free movement. 4-4:45 PM: RESTORATIVE YOGA is all about letting go!

Gentle yoga postures in concert with breath work and guided meditation to bring your body back into balance and release both physical, mental, and emotional stress. Blocks and blankets along with a yoga mat are used. Dress warmly and feel free to bring your own blanket. (AEROBIC ROOM)
