Workout Structure:

Bike: Mondays, January 8 - February 18 | 7 - 8:30 p.m.

Swim: Thursdays, January 11 - February 16 | 7 - 8 p.m.

Run: Sundays, January 14 - February 18 | 8 - 9 a.m.
