Tuesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 PM 

Session 1: 5/28 - 7/2 | Session 2: 7/16 - 8/20

Designed specifically for triathletes from beginner to advanced. Take your fitness to a new level. Increase your power and speed, week by week. Cycling & or running workouts with focus on having a smooth and quick transition. Learn how to increase your power numbers while keeping your heart rate under control. Including “Brick workouts “ which can take minutes off your overall time. Along with your training, you will have weekly nutritional guidance geared toward performance and maintaining lean muscle mass.

 

 

Triathlon Swim

Thursdays, 6:30 - 7:30 PM

Session 1: 5/30 - 7/11 | Session 2: 7/18 - 8/22

Practice open water skills along with increasing your distance and speed.

 

 

 

REGISTRATION FEES per session:

 

$96 for 6 Mondays
$96 for 6 Wednesdays
$180 if you sign up for both nights.

 

No drop-ins. This is a progression of fitness over the 6 weeks.
