Triathlon Bike & Run

 

 

 

Mondays, 6:30 - 8:00 PM 

 

Designed specifically for triathletes from beginner to advanced. Take your fitness to a new level. Increase your power and speed, week by week. Cycling & or running workouts with a focus on having a smooth and quick transition. Learn how to improve your Vo2 max, go stronger (watts) and faster? Training includes warm-up on treadmill, rower or elliptical, interval training, and short brick run.

Masters Swim Triathlon Training

 

 

 

Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:00 PM

 

Practice open water skills along with increasing your distance and speed. Become a stronger, faster, more efficient swimmer.
