If you are providing help to another person in need and looking for support, meet us at the Woodbridge Town Library located at 10 Newton Road, Woodbridge. Stacey will provide discussion and exercises for mindfulness, lightheartedness and compassion. Come and meet others in similar situations and learn about resources available in the community.
