Six week program: January 10-February 20. Weekly weigh-ins, diet guidance and group training sessions. Meal planning help, guidance on the most current and effective weight loss information with follow-up and all the motivation you need to make healthier choices!
- Diet Counseling - weekly weigh in and lectures in group sessions (choose one):
- Thursdays - 6-7 p.m.
- Saturdays - 9-10 a.m.
- Group Training (choose one):
- 7:15-8 a.m. - HELL (Hard, Extreme, Loud & Loaded), intense boot camp.
- 8-9 a.m. or 6:30-7:30 p.m. - Baby Boomer Fit Camp, a gentler style workout that is still challenging without high impact stress on the joints.
$149 for JCC Members; $215 for Nonmembers
