The Hamden Regional Chamber of Commerce's Health and Wellness Council presents "This is My Story". Hear real life stories of seniors and caregivers as they share their experiences with transitioning to requiring assistance and receiving home care services, going to adult day care or moving to an assisted living community or skilled nursing facility. With the help of Amity high school students, a video production of these seniors and caregivers has been produced and will be shown on April 13th. The evening will be hosted by special guest Jocelyn Maminta, Emmy Award nominated Channel 8 News medical reporter. Refreshments will be served.
