Join the Jewish Federation Shoreline Office and the Shoreline Hadassah in this series of exercise classes, (Mondays, 4/25, 5/2, 5/9, and 5/16), based on the Classical Stretch (Aging Backwards) techniques of Miranda Esmonde-White. The class focuses on a core workout designed for healthy aging, mobility, and bone strengthening. Miranda suggests that you can reverse the aging process, look and feel ten years younger after just thirty minutes of exercise a day. This class will follow the Classical Stretch DVD's and be led by Ethel Anne Chorney who has studied and applied these techniques and has incorporated them into her life.
Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and a $5 donation are suggested.
The first class on 4/28 will be one hour long and include the aging backwards information for beginners.
