Join a new Social Justice Collaborative of political and interfaith leaders as well as civic and community groups for the Prayer, Protest, and Peace March with organizer Pastor Kelcy G.L. Steele.

The group will hold a protest rally and peace march Sunday from Varick Memorial AME Zion Church, 242 Dixwell Avenue, New Haven to the Green and will demonstrate the anger throughout Greater New Haven over the killing of George Floyd and other African Americans by police and of systemic racism. Signs representing the Jewish community will be available. Find or call JCRC Director Eliraz Shifman-Berman at (475) 439-0061. She will be holding a sign with the Jewish Federation logo on it.
