This six week weight loss program begins Sunday, September 11!
The program consists of:
Sunday's, 8-9 a.m. - Group Workout
Thursday's, 6-7 p.m. - Weigh-in and weight loss group lecture on meal planning for weight loss
Group Workouts (cardio and strength training) on Sundays:
September 11, 18, 25 & October 2, 9, 16 | 8-9 a.m.
Weigh-Ins and Weight Loss Lectures on Thursdays:
September 15, 22, 29 & October 6 | 6-7 p.m.
$149 for JCC Members or $215 for Community Members
