An entertaining cooking demonstration and a gourmet buffet are on the menu at Temple Emanuel of Greater New Haven on Saturday, November 8 at 6:30 pm. Chef Jawahar “Jack” Dorasiwamy will create and serve a wonderful, three-course, mildly spiced and Kosher Indian dinner for your enjoyment.

Exciting raffle items will also be available, including gift baskets and the opportunity to help Chef Jack in the kitchen. All attendees will leave with a complete set of recipes from the evening as well as starter bags of spices.
