All are welcome to celebrate the installation of Temple Beth David's new rabbi, Rabbi Micah Ellenson at Shabbat Services and Installation ceremony Friday December 1 at 6:30 PM. Rabbi Robert N. Levine, D.D., Senior Rabbi of Congregation Rodeph Sholom in Manhattan, will officiate at the Installation ceremony. The celebration continues with Torah study at 8:45 AM Saturday December 2 lead by Rabbi Micah’s father, Rabbi David Ellenson who is Chancellor Emeritus of Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion and an internationally recognized author and researcher in the areas of Jewish religious thought, ethics, and modern Jewish history. On Saturday evening the celebration continues with Havdallah services and a Gala event beginning at 6:30 PM featuring dinner, dancing, and silent/live auctions.
