Congregation Mishkan Israel’s Social Action Committee is hosting its annual Candidates’ Forum on Sunday, October 19 at 10:00 a.m. Those running for Congress and local positions are given the opportunity to speak and answer questions from the audience. This year’s invitees include Gubernatorial candidates Dannel Malloy, Tom Foley, and Joe Visconti, U.S. Representative Rosa DeLauro and her opponent, James E. Brown; State Representative Michael D'Agostino (running unopposed); and State Representative and Speaker of the House Brendan Sharkey and his opponent, Matthew Corcoran.

This year’s event is being co-sponsored by CMI Social Action Committee, JFGNH, JCRC and JFACT. The event is open to the community.
