As a self-identified descendent of a lost tribe through his mother, Amar’e’s journey has taken him from the basketball courts of New York to Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, from becoming an Israeli citizen in 2019 to the 2020 Israeli Basketball Premier League Finals MVP and to his pioneering role in kosher wine production. His story is one that you will never forget.

You’ll also hear about UJA’s commitment and investment to address racial and social justice challenges in our community.
