Every year, New Haven holds an Earth Day bike ride. But due to Covid-19, Rock to Rock has transformed into a virtual event and is now even more accessible to everyone. Participate through choosing your self-directed
activity: walk, hike, bike ride, exercise routine, etc, or an environmentally motivated action and share it on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, using the hashtags #MyRockToRock and #RockToRock2020. For one Rock to Rock activity idea great for kids, see PJLibrary event at the team page link.

jHaven, the Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven's young adults group, has formed a team for the local Jewish community and we want you to join us!

  • Sign-up for Our Team by Saturday, April 25 at Midnight
  • Get Active in or Outside between Sunday, April 26 and Sunday, May 3
  • Join Us Online on May 3 at 2 PM to Celebrate Together (Register for Zoom call here)

Rock to Rock is for everyone, children to older adults, individuals and families. It supports 36 local grassroots organizations that are working hard now to address critical needs, to feed and heal our community at this time and are involved with important environmental work.

Reasons to Participate:

  • Support Local Environmental Work and So Many Important Organizations Addressing Critical Needs in New Haven During This Pandemic
  • Stay Active and Have Fun
  • Come Together With Fellow Jews, Friends, Your Family (if Already Self-isolating Together), and Our Larger Community
  • Help Each Other When It’s Needed More Than Ever
  • Keep Building a Better World and Looking to the Future
