Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling is easy on the joints, improves cardio-respiratory fitness, builds muscle and promotes weight loss. This workout is guaranteed to strengthen your body and empower your mind! Join us for a ride in the JCC's Jody Ellant and Howard Reiter Cycling Center.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL GET:
 

Enjoy a great ride coached by certified, experienced instructors with music to motivate you through the workout and encouragement to give it your best effort!

WHAT YOU WON'T GET:

 

If you cannot do it on an outdoor bike, we are not going to ask you to do it on an indoor one! No fancy moves, weight lifting, or crazy choreography, just a safe, calorie-burning, endurance-building, effective ride.
