Intergenerational Dance

Is Dancing your JAM? This Intergenerational DANCE class is about the FUN and not the outcome, so leave your fit-bits at home! Ages 14-114 are welcome to attend this unique 6 session dance program.

• Express yourself joyfully through dance 
• Open your heart to some mindful meditation 
• Dance floor warm-ups, stretching (free form dance), and learn a routine

Liberation Ruach Dance 

Tuesday, April 14 | 7:30-9 pm 


Try LIBERATION Ruach Dance, a free-form, barefoot movement practice that empowers people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to express themselves freely. Celebrate Passover with freedom of body with this Jewish twist on Ecstatic Dance. Move to a mix of world Jewish and Israeli music into a trans-like wave. Suggested donation: $5.

Lessons are available in the following time allotments, seven (7) lessons at a time. Lessons for students of all ages.

Adult Woodworking-Garden Bench

History of the Beatles

History of Polio

Dr. Naomi Rogers of Yale University's Department of the History of Disease will present on the history of polio as well as touch on current vaccination concerns.  Dr. Rogers has written several books on the topic and has presented her findings worldwide.

Stress Management for Older Adults

We all experience a little stress from time to time.  As we age, stress may become a little harder to manage.  By attending "Managing Life Stressors in Later Life" presented by Andrea Joseph, LCSW of Jewish Family Service, you will learn more about the daily stressors in later life, ways to manage these stressors and when and where to get help.  The presentation with end with a useful breathing technique.
