This session begins with a short presentation understanding the source of your pain, it’s link to stress, and how to heal at a deeper level. Through a holistic lens, we find its meaning and message, and begin to learn how to heal. Using that knowledge, we practice MELT Method myofascial release self-treatment using special foam rollers and small balls to release deep tension and discomfort.

A good deal of the daily aches pains and the more chronic issues of physical pain and imbalance may have postural misalignment as a root cause. Postural Alignment Therapy is a non-medical therapeutic process involving gentle positions, functionally based exercises, and stretches that can help bring the body back into balance and out of pain. 

Specific areas of joint pain including low back, hips, shoulder, neck and upper back are some common misalignments that can be addressed in this comprehensive treatment program.
