Pain Free Posture Therapy Workshops

If you take Body Conditioning classes and are not sure you are doing the exercises correctly or find yourself intimidated using the equipment in the weight room, this
course can help. For security and safety reasons, the hallway cubbies are being removed on Monday, May 13!
All members are advised to use the locker rooms to store personal items.
Our Fitness Center continues to uphold the policy of not allowing bags, coats, etc. into the workout areas, that includes the Aerobic Room - the only exception is Indoor Cyclists where members are allowed to bring their cycling shoes in, those cubbies in the Spin Studio will remain.
