How To Set Up JCC Accounts Online

TO SET UP JCC ACCOUNTS ON-LINE (YOU MUST ALREADY BE A JCC MEMBER)

 

1. Go to jccnh.org. Click on the first Login button to the right of the Logo. Click on JCC (as opposed to Camp).


2. If you are already a member, or have been a member or have participated in programs in the past ten years, but don’t have your login information, click this:  Forgot Password/Create Logins? Click Here.


3. Enter your email address*, then hit Submit.


4. You will receive an email from the JCC that contains a Username, Password, and link.  (Sometimes this email goes to Spam, so check there if it doesn’t come soon.  And it does expire, so take action quickly). Click on or copy the link into a new window, and then copy in the password. 


5. You should now be prompted to update your password to whatever you want. The password is case-sensitive, so please remember what you capitalize.


6. You can also change your username to something you prefer. Go to Account Information/Change Password/ and type the username that you want right over the one they gave you.


7. You should now be logged in. If any of those steps didn’t work, please see the notes below.*


8. To register for Pool Reservations, Pickleball, Spin classes and other Fitness classes, go to Program Registration. Select the category, and scroll down to the day and time that you want. Click "Add to Cart."  If you are asked to provide a program code or password, you have incorrectly logged in. Try to log in properly. If the problem persists, please contact BarbaraZ@jccnh.org.

 

Please Note: Most programs are available for registration beginning at 8 AM 3 days before the actual date of the program.


9. We also have text alerts available – if you would like to be signed up for text alerts just email your cell number to Lisas@jccnh.org or BarbaraZ@jccnh.org and then watch for a text asking that you confirm club alerts.

*Having Trouble Creating Your Online JCC Account?

Consider these important details: 

  • Setting up your log-in account can only be done from a computer, not from a phone or iPad. If you don’t have access to a computer, JCC staff can generate the email with the link. Contact BarbaraZ@jccnh.org, or LisaS@jccnh.org.

  • If you get an error message when putting in your email address, it can mean one of several things:  

    • We have a different email address on file than the one you are using.

    • There is more than one account with this email address.  That usually happens if you have children who didn’t have their own e-address so yours was added to their account.  Probably you need to contact staff to have them send you the link.

  • If you are registering for a class that should be free, such as pool reservations, but a fee of $100 comes up, that means that your membership is not current.  The $100 is there as a deterrent to non-members who attempt to make a reservation, since due to Covid restrictions we are not allowing non-members to do so.  If you would like to become a member, please contact  LisaS@jccnh.org.
