Our Pilates Studio is a semi-private space just off our Fitness Center that is equipped with Balanced Body™ Apparatus including a Reformer, Trapeze Table (Cadillac), Ladder Barrel and other props. Our experienced, Pilates Certified Trainers can help design a program based on your goals and abilities that will lengthen and strengthen your body, guaranteed to be safe on the joints and challenging for the core!

With over a decade of professional dance experience as a ballet dancer with the National Theater of Puerto Rico, she has a deep understanding of body mechanics and movement. Her sessions blend the precision and discipline of classical ballet with strength, control, and fluidity, creating a dynamic and mindful workout experience.

Lisa’s fitness philosophy is rooted in personal experience. After facing the challenges of losing control of her body, she transitioned from a sedentary lifestyle to one centered on strength, balance, and discipline. She fell in love with the intensity of HIIT training and the mindful precision of Reformer Pilates. By combining weight training, calisthenics, Pilates, and barre-inspired movements—along with macro tracking—Lisa has achieved and sustained a 87-pound weight loss over seven years. She’s passionate about helping others find the same strength and balance in their own lives.
