Weight Training for Women


This commitment based 3 week course is designed to instruct, educate and help you execute the foundational movements of any strength based program. Learn about the most effective strength training methods and the importance of frequency, sets, reps and intensity. Listen to our Certified Weight Training experts and to your body on proper form and appropriate weight load. Lift using free weights, bodyweight and weight training equipment the right way.

Boot Camp


No nonsense training of intense drills for strength and cardio conditioning in military style format.

TRX Suspension Training


Suspension Training with straps suspended from a frame for functional bodyweight training. Beginner to advanced sessions available. 

Cross Core


Suspension Training similar to TRX but with the added challenge of rotation.

Krav Maga


Krav Maga means “contact combat” in Hebrew. Israeli Self Defense is a simple, aggressive, easy-to-learn and easy-to-remember system of self-defense focusing on principles rather than techniques.
