No nonsense training of intense drills for strength and cardio conditioning in military style format.

TRX Suspension Training

 

Suspension Training with straps suspended from a frame for functional bodyweight training.

Cross Core

 

Suspension Training similar to TRX but with the added challenge of rotation.

Krav Maga

 

Krav Maga means “contact combat” in Hebrew. Israeli Self Defense is a simple, aggressive, easy-to-learn and easy-to-remember system of self-defense focusing on principles rather than techniques.

Kickbox Fitcamp

 

Using fitness conditioning methods from Dutch, American, and Muay as well as martial arts, combined for a fun and intense workout experience. Technical drills using footwork, stances, defensive maneuvers, and striking without sparring or fighting followed by circuit training using pad work, kick shields, punching bags, and strength conditioning. A great way to work out your stress and burn fat!
 
Boxing gloves required - water, towel, and boxing wraps recommended.
