if you're eligible to receive the vaccine, you can request enrollment in the Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS) through the CT Department of Public Health. VAMS is a centralized registration system that allows you to book an appointment with local health clinics or health districts, along with several health systems in the state. Note that not all vaccine providers in the state use this system. Click below to request enrollment with VAMS.

You can book directly with select providers like hospitals, community clinics or pharmacies. Filter by Zip Code or healthcare provider to search Connecticut vaccine providers nearest you. Search by Vaccine type to see which providers have the vaccine in stock.
