Licensed Massage Therapists

  • Tara Aksoy, L.M.T., Director of Spa & Spa Services

    Tara has been a practicing therapist since 2005 and is licensed in CT and NY. With a history of working with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals, Tara specializes in pain management, injury prevention and recovery and on the lighter side, relaxation with Zero Balancing, Facial Rejuvenation and Reiki. I enjoy taking each session as another opportunity to listen, create a plan for the session and bring that client closer to their personal wellness goals.

  • Bryan Giles, L.M.T.

    Bryan brings a whole body approach to his work with a desire to help clients improve overall health and quality of life. Beginning training at Wat Po/ Chetawan Thai Traditional Medical School in Bangkok, Thailand, and at CCMT, his work stems from his knowledge of traditional Thai massage, Thai foot massage, Thai oil massage, sports massage, Hendry Athletic Myotherapy, medical massage cupping, and gua sha. He has an understanding of human movement from his 27 year background in movement sports.

  • Chuck Blake, L.M.T.

    Charlie is a graduate of CT Center of Massage Therapy with 16 months of schooling and 800 hours of supervised training. Specializing in Orthopedic Massage, ‘Chuck’ has a strong desire to help people get out of pain and feel better. His knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology with a deep understanding of orthopedic issues is impressive. He is always willing to help others in need, consistently bringing his talent to community service events and senior centers.

  • Nicki Threet, LMT, BCTMB

    Licensed, board certified massage therapist with over 15 years experience. Studied at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy of Westport where she graduating in 2007 and continuing her education at Charter Oak State College earning a BS in Psychology. Experienced in a variety of modalities including Swedish, Hot Stone, Stretching & Myofascial Release and specializing in Sports Massage with deep/moderate pressure accommodating a variety of clients to help increase mobility and decrease pain.

  • Jennifer Kriz, LMT

    Jen is s a passionate practitioner of CranioSacral Therapy (CST). She brings over 20 years of advanced training and professional practice in this modality. Much of her training has been from the Upledger Institute, where CST was pioneered and developed by the Osteopathic physician, John Upledger. She has pursued training with the CranioSacral Alliance in Rochester, NH. Jennifer continually updates her practice with cutting edge knowledge and skills as research and techniques become available.

Her wellness work is deeply rooted in comprehensive product and ingredient knowledge, enabling her to aid in transformative skincare experiences. With over a decade of experience in high-end customer service, operations, and spa therapies, her contributions to the wellness industry continue to enhance and educate through a “skin first” approach, professionally curated skills and expertise in beauty services. Winter endeavors to persist in offering services that foster relaxation, rejuvenation, restoration, and release among its clientele.
