Developed by Physical Therapists specifically for people with arthritis, this low-impact, joint-safe exercise program has been documented to help decrease joint pain and relieve stiffness while increasing flexibility and improving range of motion. The program can build stronger muscles and overall stamina through balance and endurance exercises.
The program is taught by certified instructors, each of whom has completed in-depth training. During this class, participants will go through a series of gentle movements and activities designed to increase mobility and range of motion. This low-impact class is suitable for every fitness level and can be done while sitting, standing or on the floor. Activities that can be completed in the home safely will also be instructed. Please wear comfortable clothing to participate.
