Lazer Lloyd is Israel's #1 blues guitarist. His English-language original lyrics and cool combinations of acoustic and electric blues convey universal messages that move and inspire. His unique take on the traditional Hasidic tunes are guaranteed to touch your heart.
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm Zev & The Klezmen
Zev & The Klezmen, a three-piece band hailing from West Hartford, specializes in klezmer music that laughs, cries, dances, soars and dives to reach the hearts and souls of their audience.

Artists and artisans will be selling a variety of Judaica, jewelry, accessories, crafts and art. Books, videos and games of Jewish interest also will be available for sale.
Festival-goers will be able to enjoy delicious kosher fair favorites-falafel, hamburgers, hot dogs, homemade doughnuts, snow cones, cotton candy and more! Kids will enjoy inflatable slides, obstacle courses and a variety of Jewish-themed arts and crafts projects.
Admission is free. Food, crafts, and vendor items are for sale.

10th SHORELINE JEWISH FESTIVAL ON GUILFORD GREEN
Guilford, CT--The 10th annual Shoreline Jewish Festival will take place Sunday, August 9, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the Guilford Green. The festival features various styles of Jewish music, traditional and Israeli fair food (all kosher), an art and book sale, and children's crafts and activities.
"The festival celebrates Jewish life and living," explains Rabbi Yossi Yaffe, director of Chabad of the Shoreline and coordinator of the event. "The music, the food, the entertainment--people of all ages and backgrounds enjoy it and have come to regard it as a Shoreline summer tradition."
This year's musical lineup features the Mr. Shabbos, Lazer Lloyd, and Zev & The Klezmen.
Mr. Shabbos plays a unique mix of Jewish and biblical lyrics with country, bluegrass, rockabilly music. For the young-and the young at heart-Mr. Shabbos leads an interactive sing-along show that is guaranteed to get everyone up on their feet and dancing.
Lazer Lloyd Blumen played in local bands during his youth in Madison, CT. Now Israel's most acclaimed blues guitarist, his latest album "Lazer Lloyd" is on top of the US Blues charts and his single "Burning Thunder" is now #1. He reunites with former Shoreline band members to perform both acoustic and electric blues, as well as his unique approach to traditional Hassidic tunes and Middle Eastern melodies.
Zev & The Klezmen are a three-piece band from West Hartford specializing in klezmer music and popular Jewish favorites. Walter 'Zev' Mamlok, the group's clarinetist, and his talented musicians play a rich and lively mix of music that laughs and cries, dances, soars and dives to reach the hearts and souls of their audience.
Artists and artisans will be selling a variety of Judaica, jewelry, clothing and art work. Books, videos and games of Jewish interest for both children and adults will be available for sale. Festival-goers can choose from a variety of (kosher) fair favorites, including hamburgers, hot dogs, falafel (an Israeli fried chickpea specialty), schwarma grilled chicken, potato knishes, homemade doughnuts, cotton candy, sno cones, and more.
Children will enjoy an inflatable slide, obstacle course and bouncers sponsored by Sound Spectrum Entertainment of Wallingford. They can also try their hand at a variety of Jewish-themed arts & crafts projects.
