Arts & Culture Festival at the JCC is a series of art, music and author events in November - December.

The Paleo Diet advocates a back-to-the-sources approach to eating that emphasizes protein and leads to weight loss and lean muscle mass. Esther will tell you how you can eat like a cave woman and lose weight in the process. Admission is $6 for members and nonmembers and is open to all ages.
