Our good neighbors from Brookdale took us in the day of the fire. They welcomed our children, members, and staff, with cookies and juice and even invited us to join a bingo game. We will be forever grateful for their hospitality.

This class is designed to give mobility-impaired people (including those in wheelchairs) the opportunity to engage in muscle conditioning, strengthening, balance and flexibility exercises in a safe environment under the instruction of a qualified Fitness Professional.
