Following the basic concept of the Biggest Loser TV show, our `Largest Loser' contest promises a healthy, competitive challenge that will encourage participants to lose weight

Exhibit open for viewing during regular Center hours.

Open Karate for all levels age 5 through adult.

Fun yoga classes that will develop strong, flexible bodies, while cultivating joy
and peace. A great way to help girls develop self-esteem and a healthy body image.

Cost: $59m/$75nm or drop-in - $12m/$15nm per class
Drop-in students must pre-register, then pay as they go.
