Music & Me

Infant Massage
Instructor: Shelley Stoehr
In this half hour workshop you will learn basic massage strokes, in addition to a simple full-body massage routine to use on your baby to help with growth, digestion, colic, and relaxation. Please bring baby, your favorite cream or oil for baby, and several baby blankets. For babies 1-6 months (not yet crawling), and their parent(s).

Intro to Karate
